Beth Childs, works directly with William B. Hubbard, but she supports all counsel in the firm in Civil & Criminal Litigation and Domestic Relations matters.

Beth has more than 40 years’ legal experience in the Northern Neck.

She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, and she loves boating and traveling as often as possible to any beach location.

Morgan and her husband live in the Northern Neck with their children and dogs. Morgan received her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Rappahannock Community College and her Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Liberty University. She is the real estate paralegal for Matson C. Terry, II and Jessica R. Haynie.

Linda joined the firm August 2009 as the assistant to the late B. H. B. Hubbard,, III. During that time her worked concentrated on the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Real Estate and Corporate law. Currently she assists with William B. Hubbard on Real Estate and Corporate law. Linda lives in White Stone with her husband, Randy, and they have two adult sons. Linda enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, being out on the water, gardening and relaxing on her screen porch off ofDymer Creek.
